Law of Attraction and Life Coach Affirmations: The Spirituality Cure for your Hump Day Blues
My good friend Matt shared this video with me last week and once I saw it I knew I had to share with you. It’s a great way of, well, getting happy! Jerry and Esther Hicks have done some amazing work educating people on the powers of the law of attraction and their teachings have been incredibly influential.
If you are reading this and watching the clip saying, “How can I be happy when I don’t have [fill in the blank]?” I urge you to grab a small rock from somewhere outside you like to visit and each time you pick it up allow yourself to feel gratitude in one thing you have. It’s not always easy, but give it a shot.

When I started this blog I was told by some people that I should keep my business and my personal life separate. It had been suggested that I should not get too heavy, emotional, and serious. Now I’m not going to sell you on any get rich programs or other MLM scams, but I will continue from time-to-time share aspect of spirituality that I enjoy. Feel free to take what you want and leave the rest.
I’m grateful for the weather being so nice here in Croton-on-Hudson the past few days, and for the sailing season rapidly approaching. Today looks like the perfect day to go for a long run. In the next few weeks I will put together some pictures and videos of my boat “Schmidt Happens”. Maybe if you’re in Westchester or New York City sometime this spring we can go out for a sail together!
